Providing you with a caring, professional session whether private sound therapy, group sound meditations, or a classroom environment. My education is ongoing and I continue to revise and add new content to both my healing modalities and classes. My background in the allopathic medical profession combined with almost 30 years as a holistic practitioner and instructor give you the benefits and wisdom of a seasoned therapist and instructor. If I see there are issues that you may benefit more by working with someone else, I am happy to refer you to someone in my referral network of other practitioners I know and trust.
For me, sound *can* be entertaining but I am not called to offer it in that way. It is so much more for me personally. It opens and establishes a deeper connection to God consciousness, Christ consciousness, the holiness which transcends the mundane, the profane, and the limitations of everyday reality and any one "religion." It is a peaceful resting place for the soul, nourishing and expansive. In the hands of a virtuous practitioner, the music of these sounds takes the traveler on an inward journey to hear the inner kingdom voice of their soul in an extraordinary state of consciousness. I am not the healer. You are. I provide a safe place in sound meditation for you to experience what will best serve you. Selah ~ ~ ~ And so it is.

My health coaching program Soundly Nourished© is designed to help you achieve your healthiest lifestyle changes through the power of nutrition and sound.
I have worked with many holistic practitioners, massage, energy and sound therapists, and other lightworkers to help them live the lifestyle that supports their practices. Choosing low frequency unhealthy foods, behaviors, entertainment and relationships contribute to dragging us down, depleting our energy, negative outlook and lowered immune response. If we are supposed to be providers of helping others improve their health, why wouldn't we also take the steps toward being healthier ourselves? Why wouldn't we educate ourselves about how to do that? Why would we continue to eat and drink and live in ways that are counterproductive to living a life of abundance in every way? We will start with easy, manageable small steps in ways that work specifically for you. Self-care is the most important investment you can make in your own life and work. You know the sayings, "You cannot give from an empty vessel..." and "if you don't take care of your body, where will you live?" Healthy self-love determines the degree to which we are able to love and serve others. You are worthy of health and happiness.
